Silchester Village Market
Monthly village market
A market of independent traders in Silchester Village Hall, on the first Saturday of every month.

About
Once a month Silchester Village Hall and its car park become a bustling market, and every stall is an independent trader. Most are food or drink related and come regularly, while others rotate month by month. Refreshments are available at the Market Café. The stalls sell everything from artisan bread and home-made bakes, fresh meat and fish, seasonal produce and plants, locally produced preserves, marmalades, jellies and chutneys, local free-range eggs, cheese, pickles and sweet treats, to flowers, gifts, art and handcrafts. “Silchester Village Market has become an integral part of Silchester’s community, a great place to catch up with neighbours whilst doing your weekend shopping.”
