The Fieldgate Centre, Kingsclere
Hall for hire
The community centre on the playing fields, with a hall for 150, a bar and rooms for smaller groups.
About
The Fieldgate Centre's on Fieldgate Drive, right on the edge of the playing fields, and a lot of the village's clubs meet there through the week. The main hall's fifty feet by twenty five with a stage and seats 150, the Atkinson Room takes forty, and there's the Sharman Room, a bar and a patio out onto the fields. It's run by the Kingsclere Community Association. Pilates, Ceroc, badminton, short mat bowls and the Kingsclere Singers all use it, and so does the repair cafe.

Venues and community places are listed as EveryVillage partners. We wrote this page ourselves, from information The Fieldgate Centre, Kingsclere and others have published. Compiled 2 October 2026 from the centre's own website (rooms, sizes, hire charges and contacts) and the Charity Commission entry for Kingsclere Community Association (1168366), read through search results of those pages. Pinned at the RG20 5SQ postcode position rather than the building's own door. If you help run it, send us a correction or ask us to take the page down.
