Who actually comes?
With an agency you may get someone different each time; with a sole trader you get them. Ask, and ask what happens when they are ill or on holiday.
Are they insured for damage and for keys?
Public liability insurance covers a broken vase; some policies also cover a lost key and the locks that follow. Worth asking about both.
