About Silchester Pop Up Cafe
They set up every Friday throughout the year, and open on a Wednesday as well from March to October.
There is a great selection of homemade cakes, plus morning goods supplied by The Street Bakeshop, all types of coffee and tea and a selection of cold drinks. There are bacon rolls, scrambled eggs and other breakfast items, and a range of sourdough toasties, from a classic cheese and ham to brie with red onion marmalade. They sell The Street Bakeshop sourdough loaves on Fridays only.
There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so they are open whatever the weather, and they have air conditioning, a beautiful setting, lots of free car parking and a brilliant children's playground, with local walks from the door including the Silchester Roman walls and Pamber Forest, and dogs are welcome. Weekly specials, closures and any changes to the opening hours are posted on their Facebook page, and wherever possible on their website and on this page.

When the cafe is not running, Suzi and Jane cater for funerals and other small family events, though not weddings.
