About
St John's Hall was built as a church hall in 1908 and is run today by local trustees as a charity. It is one room, twelve metres by nine, with a stage and lighting bars at one end, two dressing rooms behind it and a kitchen with a serving hatch, so it suits a play, a party or a class as well as a meeting. There is step free access and an accessible toilet. Mortimer Pre-School and Mortimer Dramatic Society both use it, and the hall is booked online or through its bookings line.
