The White Hart, Sherfield on Loddon

Village pub

The seventeenth century inn facing the green, a Young's house with a garden terrace.

About

The White Hart is the pub on the green, a seventeenth century inn on the Reading Road and Grade II listed, and the one you see first coming into the village. It's a Young's house, so Young's London Original is the regular beer with guests beside it, there are cocktails for anyone who'd rather, and a garden terrace for summer. Food is served, and the kitchen had a five out of five hygiene rating in October 2025.

We wrote this page ourselves, from information The White Hart, Sherfield on Loddon and others have published. Compiled 17 October 2026 from CAMRA's WhatPub entry (the building, the beers and the green), the pub's own website address, Historic England's listing of the building and the Food Standards Agency rating of 9 October 2025, read through search results. CAMRA's opening hours were last updated in 2021, so none are printed here; the pub's website has them. Pinned at the RG27 0BT postcode position, which is the pub. If you help run it, send us a correction or ask us to take the page down.
