Send a job requestBefore you book a cleaner
A cleaner has your keys and your house to themselves, so trust is the whole question.
Who actually comes?
With an agency you may get someone different each time; with a sole trader you get them. Ask, and ask what happens when they are ill or on holiday.
Are they insured for damage and for keys?
Public liability insurance covers a broken vase; some policies also cover a lost key and the locks that follow. Worth asking about both.
Whose products?
Some bring everything, some use yours. It changes the hourly rate a little and matters more if anyone in the house has allergies.
